Hiring Now: Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers & Trade Assistants – Wollongong & Surrounds

Location: Wollongong, Port Kembla, Unanderra & Illawarra sites

Start Date: Immediate & upcoming shutdowns

Employment Type: Casual

Pay Rates: $38–$56/hr + OT

Roles Available:

• Boilermakers – Heavy fabrication, MIG/Stick welding, structural steel

• Fitters – Pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, shutdown maintenance

• Riggers – Load handling, crane support, high-risk operations

• Trade Assistants – Site prep, tool handling, crew support

Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III or equivalent)

• White Card & High-Risk Licence (where applicable)

• Experience in industrial, mining, or heavy manufacturing sites

• Strong safety focus & teamwork ethic
